The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city, which made it easy to explore the area. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good Wi-Fi.

Our experience was severely dampened by the poor customer service we received upon late arrival. This was a major inconvenience and put a serious damper on our New Year's celebrations.

Another advantage of this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist in any matter. the breakfast was delicious and the perfect way to start the day.

I did have a difficult time getting in touch with the staff when I arrived late at night. The gate was closed and no one was answering the phone or intercom, which caused some frustration and inconvenience.

The moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with warm hospitality from the accommodating staff. the location was convenient, as it was near to various commercial establishments and restaurants. the room I stayed in had a modern and minimalist design with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the service was excellent, and the breakfast served was delicious. I was also impressed with the facilities, especially the well-maintained gym and spa.
